3. Promote Investments – Mobilize public-private partnerships and financing to modernize the livestock sector in alignment with SDGs.
4. Build Halal Certification Systems – Develop harmonized, globally recognized, Sharia-compliant certification frameworks.
5. Facilitate Collaboration – Strengthen intra-African and international partnerships to boost trade and competitiveness.
