GOAL AND OBJECTIVES
Our primary goal is to promote ventures for the economic transformation of a million lives through interest free cooperative activities and community wealth building programs.
Within that goal, our objectives are:
- To be an autonomous association of persons united voluntarily to meet their common economic, social, and cultural needs and aspirations through a jointly owned and democratically controlled institution that offers retail financial products in compliance with ethical financing principles of Islam
- To promote and encourage the values of ethical cooperative among its members, based on the principles of cooperation, self-help, thrift, self-responsibility, democracy, equality, equity and solidarity without gender, social, racial, political or religious discrimination.
- To provide ethical cooperative, economic and financial education, training and capacity building to its members; nurture them to undertake sustainable economic activities, and assist them to access financial and other forms of support from Government and other institutions.
